1. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering absolute quality. If any section of your home or commercial space is not cleaned to your complete satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return and re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. Please note that refunds are not issued; our guarantee is focused on corrective cleaning.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value our cleaning crews' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning slot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or emailing us. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee to compensate our crew for lost scheduling.
3. Home & Office Access
Clients must arrange access for our team. You can provide access by being present to let our team in, providing a keypad lock code, or leaving a key in a secure lockbox. If our crew arrives and cannot access the property, we will attempt to reach you. If access cannot be resolved within 20 minutes, it will count as a lock-out and may incur a $50 fee.
4. Payments & Invoicing
For residential bookings, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and checks. For recurring commercial/janitorial accounts, we issue monthly or bi-weekly invoices with Net 15 payment terms. Late payments on invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
5. Safety & Liabilities
Fulget Cleaning Company is fully licensed and carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our cleaning technicians are trained to handle property with care. In the rare event that something is accidentally damaged, our management team will coordinate repair or replacement claims with you. Please secure valuable items, jewelry, and cash before our team arrives.
